How We Document Your Build

Film and Photograph intentionally, based on our weekly call. Will be sure to capture key areas for seamless transition videos

Content will be edited within 48 hours and sent off for approval.

One round of light revisions if necessary due within 24 hours

Content will be added to client's Google Drive so you retain ownership and access.

Content will be hyperlinked in a shared Google Sheet where the caption and additional notes are provided.

  • You do. All footage and photos are delivered to your Google Drive with full access and usage rights. You're free to use them on your website, social media, or share them with collaborators.

  • Our Multi-Use Licensing is included in every package. It allows you to share the content with interior designers, contractors, cabinetmakers, or any other collaborators on the build. If they want additional edited content, they can reach out directly for a custom add-on.

  • Each site visit lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour. We plan our shots ahead of time to capture key milestones efficiently and intentionally.

  • Absolutely. You can add extra reels, carousel posts, aerial footage, or even social media management at any time. The system is built to scale with your needs.

  • Progress is the point. Even framing, electrical rough-ins, or trim work matter. We help you capture the story of the build at every phase, so your future clients can see the full process.

  • Yes. Many of our clients split the package with interior designers or vendors. Everyone involved gets content they can use while keeping marketing budgets manageable.

  • You’ll receive edited photos and raw b-roll within 3 business days of the shoot. Everything is organized and hyperlinked for easy access.

  • Not by default, but we offer full social media management as an add-on. If you want help writing captions and scheduling posts, we’ve got you covered.

  • We ask for a 30-day notice to cancel a retainer. We require a minimum 3-month commitment to maximize the value of your documentation.

  • No, filming the final project requires more time on a shoot than a progress update. You can find pricing for the final shoot here.
